1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:
• In-App: Go to the subscription settings within the app and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
• App Store/Google Play: If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel directly through the respective platform's subscription management settings.
2. Effective Date of Cancellation
• Immediate Access: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after the cancellation.
• No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods. You will retain access to the service until the subscription term ends.
3. Re-Subscription
If you decide to reactivate your subscription after cancellation, you can do so at any time by resubscribing through the app or the respective app store. Your new subscription period will begin on the date of reactivation.
4. Free Trials
• Automatic Conversion: If you signed up for a free trial, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires.
• Cancellation During Free Trial: You can cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial period without incurring any charges.
5. Impact on Features and Data
• Feature Access: Upon cancellation, you may lose access to premium features that are only available to active subscribers.
• Data Retention: Any data associated with your subscription may be retained in accordance with our data retention policy. However, access to certain features or data may be restricted or lost after cancellation.
